Real Estate Investing while working full time takes work, commitment and some sacrifices and Michael will share his experience and help paint a vision of what is possible by starting with a single house!

Michael Zuber works full time in the technology field for almost 20 years and currently travels 100K miles a year and spends 60+ nights in Hotels for his day job.  While his full time job is very demanding, stressful and a little fun he gets the most pleasure out of the real estate portfolio he has built with his wife Olivia.  They currently own 139 Rental doors and have been investing for 10+ years.  They are buy and hold investors who have already ridden one up cycle well and they look forward to trading in all of their recent acquisitions when the current market turns.  Investing while working full time is a team support and you require a very supportive significant other
