Richard Kelly:Richard is a local investor who’s grown his realestate business right here in the Bay Area over the past five years. In the past yearalone he’s turned deals that have generated over $500,000 in profit and equity,as well and as adding properties that will reap passive income for years tocome. His presentation will outline how he finds and signs deals, and offer astep-by-step walk through case studies of actual local deals, revealing how hedid it, and how you can, too.
Richard Kelly has been a full-time real estate investor forthe past five years. Before switching into investment, Mr. Kelly worked was ajournalist for 12 years with The AustralianFinancial Review, The Toronto Star and the BBC. He has a BA in Economics and anMBA in Finance. A Canadian, he has called the Bay Area home for the past 15years.
