After thirty years in some of Silicon Valley’s pioneering technology companies, Tom Wilson put his engineering, business and management experience toward full-time real estate investing and development. His Silicon Valley experience enhances his ability to find and empower teams that locate and manage successful real estate investments. Since 2000, Tom has bought and sold more than eighteen hundred units and $100M of real estate, mostly in Dallas/Ft.Worth, including three condo conversion projects, three syndications, seven multifamily properties and residential development. His personal portfolio includes 230 units. During recent years one of Mr. Wilson’s companies, Wilson Investment Properties, has provided over 300 high quality rehabbed and leased foreclosure rental homes to investors.
